How do I pay my Loop Card statement?

We have a few ways you can pay your Loop Card statement to suit your business needs as they evolve!

Navigating to the Loop Cards Page

To access card balances, view statements and make card payments, log into your Loop account and click on Cards on the left side of the screen.

Viewing your Statement

Your statement will be e-mailed to you each month, but you can also view and download current or previous statements at any time through your account.

Balances are provided per currency and transactions are listed underneath.


Paying your Balance

To pay your statement balance, start by clicking on either of the following Pay buttons.


Option 1 - Pay each currency balance separately

This is a great option if you are holding balances in each of your currency accounts.

  1. Select In Individual Currencies
  2. Select if you would like to pay your outstanding Statement Balance, entire Current Balance, or Minimum Amount Due
    1. Statement Balance: The outstanding amount owing from your last generated statement. If you have already made payments toward your statement, these amounts will lower than the full statement balance.
    2. Current Balance: The full amount owing from your previous statement and any charges made in the current period, less any payments you have already made against your balance.
    3. Minimum Amount Due: Per your card agreement, balances in amounts other than CAD must be paid in full in the currency shown, however this option enables you to have non-CAD balances converted to CAD so a minimum payment can be made.
  3. Select the Account to Pay From for each currency balance
  4. Click Review, followed by Submit Transfer


Option 2: Pay All Card Balances in CAD or USD

If you're looking for a one-click way to pay your entire statement balance across all currencies, you can use the Pay all in CAD or PAY all in USD options. Loop will automatically convert all outstanding balances into the chosen payment currency.


Option 3: Make a custom payment against your balance

  1. Navigate to the Cards > Balances and Limit page
  2. In the Statement Balances section, choose your present balance
  3. Select the Add button below the desired currency
