Loop Card features and settings overview

You can view all of your Loop cards in the Cards page of your Loop account. When you click on a card, the card details will expand in a panel (seen below).

Card Status: All cards are labelled either Active or Inactive. If you added a physical card but have not received it yet, the card will be displayed as inactive until you activate it.

Card Type: All cards are labelled either Virtual or Physical. Virtual cards are green, while physical cards are black.

Card Nickname: You can change your card nickname at any time to help manage and organize your cards within the Loop platform. Please note that the card nickname does not change the display name on the card itself.

Card Details: Click on Show Card Details to view the Card Number, CVC and expiry date. No one can view this except for you and any users in your account that you have shared the card with.

Freeze Setting: If you need to quickly stop the use of your card, click on Freeze Card. This will stop use of the card for as long as the setting is enabled.

Lost or Stolen Reporting: If you have lost your card, or if it has been damaged, you can report it through your account by click on Report Lost or Stolen. You will be asked a few questions, and the card will be deactivated. 

Share Card with a Team Member: Is there a member of your team that you would like to provision specific card access to? Click on Share Card with Team Member to enable viewing access to the card details. This will allow your team member to view the card number, CVC and expiry date. If you do not see the team member you would like to share the card with as an option, please go to you account settings > team, and add them as a user. 

View all Card Transactions: Your most recent transactions will be at the top of the transactions list in the details pane. To view all transactions on the card, click on Show All.

Upload a Receipt to a Transaction: We've made receipt management easy with simple upload of your receipt to your Loop account.
