In order to open a Loop account, we need to ensure that the information provided in your registration is accurate. Sometimes, additional verification steps are required in order to approve an account. If your account is not registered automatically, you can help our team complete your verification by uploading the following documents:

  • Business registration document (sole proprietorship registration, business name registration, articles of incorporation, partnership agreement)
  • Proof of business address (phone bill, utility bill, bank statement)
  • Proof of residential address (phone bill, utility bill, bank statement)
  • Photo ID (health card is not accepted)
