Loop Q4 Advertising Points Promotion – Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Loop Q4 Advertising Points Promotion offered by Loop Financial Inc. (“Loop” or “we”) to clients (“you” or “client”) as defined in Terms for Use of Website (https://www.bankonloop.com/legal).

What is the offer? 

The Loop Q4 Advertising Points Promotion (the “Offer”) allows a Loop Cardholder who registers for the promotion to earn 3 points per dollar spend on all advertising spend (the “Bonus”) up to a maximum spend of $100,000 on their Loop Card from 12:01 AM EST on October 1, 2023 through to 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2023 (the “Promotional Period”). 

For example, you could earn up to a total of 300,000 points for spending $100,000 on advertising services during the Promotional Period.

How do I register for this offer?

To register for this offer, you must sign up to Loop for a new account using a referral code provided to them within the Promotional Period. 

Who is eligible for this promotion?

To qualify for this offer, you must have registered for the offer and: 

• Opened a new Loop account within the Promotional Period
• Cannot have an existing Loop account created before the start of the Promotional Period.
• Be eligible to open a Loop account pursuant to the Platform Agreement
• Agree to all applicable terms including but not limited to the Privacy Policy  
• The age of majority, or older, in their province/territory of residence at the time of participation
• Must be a business and have a Loop account that is in good standing at all times up to and including March 1, 2024.

Please note that this list is exhaustive. 

Is there a limit on the amount of qualifying transactions?

Yes, only up to 300,000 Loop points can be earned for this offer. That is equivalent to spending up to 100,000 in combined CAD, Euro, GBP or USD.  “Qualifying Transactions” are defined as Card transactions less any reversals, cancellations and refunds.

When you spend more than 100,000 CAD, Euro, GBP or USD, you will earn  Loop points at the regular earn rates specified in the Loop Rewards Program. 

How will points for the promotion be posted to account?

Loop will calculate the Bonus by determining the Qualifying Transactions during the Promotion Period and awarding 3 points per qualifying transaction dollar spent on ads. 

The bonus amount will be credited to the Account’s point balance by March 1, 2024.

Loop Rewards are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Other Terms

• You are not eligible for more than one (1) Reward with respect to persons residing at the same address.
• Any person who was referred through another sign up or referral promotion will only receive the reward applicable with that promotion.
• No alternative or substituted Reward will be given in conjunction with this Promotion.
• Loop reserves the right to amend, withdraw or extend any or all elements of this promotion at any time by giving notice by email. 
• All provisions of the Loop Rewards Program apply to this promotion.
